We will accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The following items are considered “final sale” and cannot be refunded no exceptions
- Sale items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue a refund. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given a refund.
We do not do exchanges. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item for an exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.
* Please note: Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable,with the exception of, incorrect items shipped and damaged items due to our error.To receive a return shipping refund please include your shipping receipt with your return. A restocking fee of 30% will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
*FINAL SALE ITEMS (NON RETURNABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS):
Accessories, bodysuits, swimsuits, or undergarments are non-returnable.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
